EXSTOPOD EVERYWHERE
AI CREATIVE CONTEST
EXSTO Philippines Inc. is excited to launch the EXSTOPOD Everywhere: AI Creative Contest, a first-of-its-kind online design competition that invites the public to reimagine the future of EXSTOPOD across new spaces. From schools, cafes, hospitals, malls, airports, terminals, churches, and even homes, we are looking for bold, imaginative ideas on how EXSTOPOD can adapt and thrive in different vertical markets.
The challenge is simple: Participants will create AI-generated images showcasing EXSTOPOD privacy pods styled with graphic stickers, frosted films, ornamental plants, or light design elements without altering the pod's structure. This ensures each entry stays true to the EXSTOPOD identity while unlocking fresh creative possibilities.
The contest will run in two stages:

Stage 1 (3 weeks): Open submissions on FACEBOOK and INSTAGRAM, where participants share their AI-generated designs.

Stage 2 (2 weeks): Shortlisted entries will be featured on EXSTO Philippines Inc.’s official social media pages, where public engagement and creative merit will determine the winners.
Our main objective is to increase visibility and engagement on the EXSTOPOD Philippines social media channels, particularly Facebook and Instagram, while exploring new opportunities for EXSTOPOD in untapped markets. By inviting the community to imagine how EXSTOPOD can fit into everyday environments, we aim to spark conversations, grow our online audience, and position EXSTOPOD as a versatile solution for privacy, productivity, and modern work-life balance.
More than a contest, this is a collaboration with our community to showcase creativity, discover new market potential, and celebrate the endless possibilities of EXSTOPOD.
CONTEST MECHANICS
SUBMISSION
Stage 1

Contestants will post their AI-generated EXSTOPOD images on their personal Facebook or Instagram profiles.

AI images can be generated in any AI image-generating app like Midjourney, Gemini AI, Nano Banana, DALL-E, etc.

Use the official hashtags ( #EXSTOPODcontest #EXSTOPODeverywhere #EXSTOPODzum #EXSTOPODph #AIcreativecontest) to qualify.

Tag EXSTO Philippines Facebook and Instagram pages to make it visible for our tabulation.

We will be posting an official announcement to start Stage 1 of the competition, and contestants are required to comment "JOIN" and "Share" the post to participate officially.

Contestants should use the images of the EXSTOPOD ZUM and ARC provided in the image download area (see below). Those who use other privacy pod brands will be automatically disqualified.

Put a 20 - 30 word description explaining the AI image's creativity and relevance.

Ask your friends, followers, and family to react, comment and share your AI image post to achieve the necessary engagement to qualify for the next stage.

After 2 weeks, we will shortlist the results, and the Top 25 AI images with the most engagement will be the "Finalists" and move to the next stage.
Stage 2

The AI Image Finalists will be posted on EXSTO Philippines' official Facebook and Instagram page for fan voting.

Voting will be counted using reactions, comments and shares.

Shortlisted finalists should submit the AI Prompt used in the image via email to ronalyn@exsto.ph

The AI Prompt should include the keyword EXSTOPOD and PRIVACY POD to qualify.

The fan voting period is 2 weeks.

The AI Image with the most Reactions, comments, and shares will be the 1st Place (People's Choice Award winner)

2nd and 3rd place winners will be judged by the EXSTO Philippines organising committee

ENTRY VALIDATION

This contest is only valid for residents/content creators from the Philippines.

One user profile, one entry for each contestant, strictly apply.

Only public posts will be considered valid.

The contestant should like and share our EXSTO Philippines Facebook and Instagram pages.

The use of auto-likes or any form of automated engagement is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification.
DESIGN CONSIDERATION

All contestants should use our EXSTOPOD ZUM or EXSTOPOD ARC models only. (Images can be found below and on all our social media pages)

The EXSTOPOD should be located indoors (inside air-conditioned environments only)

Aesthetic add-ons in the pods should be limited to colour, stickers, frosted film, and Organic plants only. (These items should not affect the structural integrity of the EXSTOPOD)

Internal furnishings can be interchanged as long as they fit the size and dimensions of the EXSTOPOD (You can download the brochures to check the specs and sizes)

Violation of the design consideration stated above can constitute grounds for disqualification.
DURATION
The open contest will run for 2 weeks on the contestants' profiles, and shortlisted entries will be posted on EXSTO Philippines Facebook and Instagram accounts for 2 weeks, with voting to determine the final winners.
ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS
Winners will be announced on EXSTO Philippines' official social media pages on Saturday, Nov 22, 2025, at 1pm.

Engagement (70%) Reactions, Comments and Shares, across Facebook and Instagram.
Point System for Stage-2
Reactions / Likes - 3 points
Comments - 2 points
Shares - 1 point
Creativity & Originality (20%) Unique concept or storytelling with the EXSTOPOD
Relevance to the Brand (10%) Relationship between the environment and EXSTOPOD
PRIZES AND AWARDS
1st Place - People's Choice Award (₱25,000.00) Cash Prize
2nd Place - Most Creative Concept (₱15,000.00) Cash Prize
3rd Place - Most Relevant Concept (₱10,000.00) Cash Prize
* All Winners will be given Cash prizes and an official E-certificate from EXSTO Philippines Inc.

AWARDING
The announcement will be mentioned LIVE on our official Facebook page and posted on all our social media sites after the live announcement. Cash prizes will be released the next day. Via Cash, Gcash or Bank Transfer.
